FULL SERVICE

We strive to be the best in the industry! We manufacture our own line of reverse air baghouses, cyclones and airlocks. We also fabricate duct, fittings, structures, diverters, flat-back elbows, slide gates, custom manifolds, and custom hoods. We have experienced field crews that travel all over the country to install our equipment and service your needs. By building over 90% of our products in house and installing our own systems we can offer you faster lead times, more affordable systems and top of the line customer service. FABRICATING

We have a 15,000 square foot fabrication facility located on 12 acres in western Pennsylvania. We use a precision CNC plasma cutting system to cut all of our fittings up to ?? thick. We have three sets of rolls one CNC with the capability to roll up to 7/16? plate x 8' long. Other equipment includes; two 5 ton 80' span overhead cranes, 10' shear, 10' brake, 8' CNC brake, iron worker, band saws, welders and other miscellaneous equipment.

FABRICATED GORED ELBOWS:

This is our most common elbow. We use this type elbow in virtually every industry. We can make the radius longer for material handling application and shorter where abrasion is not a problem. We typically do a 2 x center line radius in light to medium application and 2 ? x center line radius in heavy material handling applications (See Chart for radius description). TOLL FREE 800-918-3013 3	MACHINE MADE ELBOW:
	We use machine made elbows in light duty application primarily on materials like: dry sawdust, paper dust or paper scrap. We offer a 2 x centerline radius with our machine made elbows.
	HEAVY DUTY FLAT BACK ELBOW:
	These are great elbows for heavy wear applications. Flat back elbows are a square constructed elbow typically with a 10ga. Housing and a ?? plate back. The back plate can be either welded solid or bolted on for replacement without removing the entire elbow. Our backs can be fabricated from mild steel, stainless steel, Abrasive resistant plate i.e. AR #400 or T1 wear plate. These elbows are the solution for tough applications.

The tap and taper most commonly called ?tap? gives the correction needed to maintain duct velocity. In order to have a properly balanced system it is crucial to maintain a consistent velocity. With an unbalanced system you are at risk of your duct filling with material thus causing the duct to fall or become a fire hazard. 45 deg. TAP AND TAPER 45 deg. A C B
LATERAL:
Also most commonly called ?tap? The lateral is a tap and taper without the taper. This is used in an area where the two connecting ducts will be used in an ?either or situation?. We use these very often when we place a floor sweep in a system. 45 deg. LATERAL A B C 45 deg.

TOLL FREE 800-918-3013 5	FLOOR SWEEPS:
	Our typical floor sweep has a 6?flanged pipe connection. The face has a hinged door that seals off the air flow when it is not being used. There is a lever on the side of the door that can operate by foot.
	RETURN AIR MANIFOLDS:
	We make a unique return air manifold that is fabricated from perforated metal. Our return air manifolds are designed to return the air back into the plant at apx. 500 ft. / min?The typical comment after we install a system is that you cannot feel the air returning to the plant.
	SQUARE TO ROUND TRANSITIONS:
	These are used when we adapt a pipe from either square to round. We typically fabricate our square to round transitions 2 gauges heavier than the connecting pipe. When we use these in a dust collection application we typically make all transitions 10ga?Transitions should be made as long as possible to minimize air restriction. Transitions can be made with the round offset from the square to fit special applications (see example).

0 HOLES ON MACHINE Our manifolds are designed to meet the specifications on the customer's machinery. Our most common manifold is made for molders. We use only long radius elbows and heavy angle connections. We typically connect directly to the machine with rigid pipe or with our urethane flex hose (see page 13 and 14). ? A 45 B B C ? HV BOOTS (HIGH VELOCITY BOOTS):
This is one of our many trade mark fittings that you will see on our systems. The HV boot is designed to drop the material into a high velocity material relay line. Our HV boot comes standard with an 8?dia. sight glass on both sides. This is used for viewing of material flow and as a quick access door.

  

CAST ALUMINUM BLAST GATE:	TOLL FREE 800-918-301310
Can be used to conserve air volume in your dust system. When a machine is not running you can close this gate off and lock it with the thumb screw. These can also be used for balancing a system. Half gate is great for already installed duct. You can simply cut this in without removing any duct or fittings. Sizes from 3? to 20? diameter in the full gate and 3? to 16? diameter in the half gate.
HEAVY DUTY BLAST GATE:
Our heavy duty blast gates are made for tough applications were abrasion is a concern. These gates are constructed from 1/8? and 12ga. steel. SWITCH GATE (HEAVY DUTY): SWITCH GATE ( HEAVY DUTY )

Our switch gates are top of the line! We offer 3 types of seals; rubber on metal, urethane on metal and metal on metal. These switch gates all come standard 3/16? construction with heavy duty 1 ?? dia. keyed shaft, locking quadrant, heavy duty flange bearings, bolt on completely removable top and side access doors. Flex Hose (Various Types): There are many different types of flex hose available today. We have selected the best suited flex hoses for industrial dust collection applications. Please call in and talk to one of our experienced sales people so that we can help you choose the best hose for your application. Polyurethane comes in LD (light duty), MD (Medium Duty) and HD (Heavy Duty). We recommend polyurethane hose for most applications in woodworking. Polyurethane flex hose offers excellent compressibility, flexibility, abrasion, cut and gouge resistant. Top of the line construction with a helical spring steel reinforcement wire coated for maximum protection. . Thermoplastic rubber hose is good for lighter applications that involve sawdust type material. Top of the line construction with a helical spring steel reinforcement wire coated for maximum protection. Neoprene Polyester coated fabric hose is good for very light applications that involve dry sawdust material with little or no heavy chips.
